I’ve just brushed my teeth two to three times everyday of my life and they look white. = D

I’ve tried everything myself, but Crest Whitestrips are certainly the best. They have the premium, which will get you quicker results, if you have an event or something to get to!

bicarb of soda- tastes gross tho, but it works. Just brush it on your teeth like toothpaste.

The best I’ve used was GoSmile from Sephora. It’s the most convenient and effective, but I find that it’s pricey if you need more than one case (I’m pretty sure each case is around $80 – $90).

I’ve tried Crest Night Effects, which ended up being really annoying and gross. It’s this white goo you apply onto your teeth before you go to sleep. You have to make sure that your teeth are completelyyyy dry which is hard because you’re sitting there in front of the mirror cheesin’ like crazy to keep your teeth in contact with nothing but air. And you wipe the tooth with a cloth, then apply then you wait thirty seconds for the goo to dry a bit. It tastes disgusting; I feel like it should be used to mend bricks together or something. Not going to lie, though – it did make my teeth a bit whiter. Not significantly, but then I never finished using it.

Then there’s Crest Whitestrips, which they sell in three different types (I think Premium is the one that works the quickest with the strongest formula, and Classic is the one that takes the longest with a weaker – but equally effective – formula). I got the Classic because it’s half the price of Premium, and I heard that in the end you get the same results as the Premium (Premium takes seven days, and Classic takes fourteen days). You apply the strip for thirty minutes, twice a day. It’s not a hassle, and it’s pretty convenient. You don’t have to dry your teeth, you just apply the strip directly on and leave it on for thirty while you do whatever. It’s definitely worked.

Sorry this is so long but with all the info I have I would recommend Crest Whitestrips the most (Premium is around $40 and Classic is around $20 at a drugstore). They work, they don’t burn a hole in your pocket, and isn’t disgusting like the Night Effects, which I stopped using it after four days by the way. I think you’re supposed to use it for ten days).

I used the ZOOM light system, I work in a dental office. It worked
great, and is the fastest. But expensive. I have also used Opalescence gel, 20% strength, with custom trays. It worked fine too. I touch-up with Crest whitestrips occasionally. But I
don’t smoke or drink coffee, EVER. I drink tea occasionally.
So I only need to touch-up about once or twice a year.

A few weeks before my wedding I started using Crest Whitestrips Pro Effects(the strongest they have out so far, professional strength, but also the most expensive,about 34$) crest has 8 different types of whitestrips you can get tho, crest vivid white toothpaste (about 5$), and Listerine whitening vibrant white mouth wash(about 7$), and it was the best thing I’ve ever used. they were so white, my friends and family noticed a considerable difference and compliment me all the time. It takes a little more time than just using the white strips but it will give you better results its totally worth it if you really want white teeth! (my teeth were sensitive for a few days when i first started the whitening process.)

i’d have to say white glow teeth bleaching solution. trust me you can’t go wrong. its a professional formula but non abraisive it wont remove the enamel off the surfae of ur teeth if used according to instructions.

I too have tried all kinds of things from natural and free to thousand of dollar treatments , and they worked , but needless to say , I now know that it was not worth the effort. There’s this one product that you can actually get for free , if they happen to give it away at the time you drop by . I’m telling you , If I would have found this the first time , I would have saved myself a whole lot of time and effort . It’s too late for me now , but maybe not for you . See if you can get it from here

I have the same problem, too many cigarettes and coffee lol. I used this special insert that worked, they have a free trial if you wanna give it a try.

Any whitening product will weaken your teeth and actually make them easier to get stained again. Think of it as removing stains from silver using polish. It just will be fine at first, but in the long run will get stained again and have less next time. So if you’re using whitening strips, take a calcium supplement so your teeth can heal. In fact, take calcium anyways; everyone needs 200mg of it a day, and no one gets enough.
