Crest White Strips Professional Strength–you can purchase at your DDS for $45-$60. They are twice as strong (16%, I believe) as what you can purchase OTC.

I have tried both OTC and in office whitening and found that Crest White Strips gave me the best results with the least amount of sensitivity

I used to have brown tint on my teeth. Do not use any over the counter treatment! I used to work for a dentist and this lady came in with little and no enamel left on her teeth because of it. To self treat ur teeth you need to stop drinking dark soda and coffee and tea! its hard but you will be rewarded with pearly whites! Oh and if u smoke you should quit because well don’t get me started on that nasty habit

There aren’t any and none of them are approved by the ADA. The best way to whiten your teeth is by going to see your dentist. The only whitening systems for home use that have been approved by the ADA are Colgate Platinum Daytime Professional Whitening System, Opalescence, and Nite White. All of which can only be obtained from your dentist.
