Any whitening product will weaken your teeth and actually make them easier to get stained again. Think of it as removing stains from silver using polish. It just will be fine at first, but in the long run will get stained again and have less next time. So if you’re using whitening strips, take a calcium supplement so your teeth can heal. In fact, take calcium anyways; everyone needs 200mg of it a day, and no one gets enough.

I have the same problem, too many cigarettes and coffee lol. I used this special insert that worked, they have a free trial if you wanna give it a try.

Tooth whiteners do not destroy the enamel on your teeth. That’s a misconception. Most tooth whiteners are made of hydrogen peroxide in a gel form. They also contain carbamide peroxide which breaks down into hydrogen peroxide. The only whitening products that aren’t safe are the no name brands you find in some stores. They have preservatives that can become acidic after they’ve been on the shelf too long. As long as you stick with name brands like colgate, crest, anything with the ADA seal of approval or anything from your dentist, your enamel will be fine and your teeth will be whiter.

There is a new product (whitening wash) on the market made by Listerine. It works great if you follow the directions and follow up with the recommended mouth wash.

I too have tried all kinds of things from natural and free to thousand of dollar treatments , and they worked , but needless to say , I now know that it was not worth the effort. There’s this one product that you can actually get for free , if they happen to give it away at the time you drop by . I’m telling you , If I would have found this the first time , I would have saved myself a whole lot of time and effort . It’s too late for me now , but maybe not for you . See if you can get it from here
